We start the day with a pick-up directly at your hotel’s doorstep.

Once we’ve arrived at the farm, you’ll have a guided tour of the mill, exploring sustainable farming practices and the artisanal process of organic olive oil production. Then, there will be an Olive oil tasting session, where you will sample a variety of organic oils and learning about their unique flavor profiles. Finally, you will have time to visit the mill’s shop to purchase organic products and locally sourced specialties.

Time to enjoy a farm-to-table lunch at a nearby restaurant that emphasizes organic ingredients and traditional dishes of the area (at your own expense).

After lunch, we’ll head to our next stop. Here you’ll have another guided tour of the farm, focusing on organic cork harvesting methods, the biodiversity of cork oak ecosystems, and the importance of sustainable practices. You’ll have time to take photos, or enjoy a light refreshment made from local organic ingredients at the farm’s cafe.

As the day concludes, we’ll drive back towards the city, taking in the beautiful agriculture surrounding us, and the countryside views.

You will then return to Lisbon City where you will be dropped off at the location you were picked up.
